Participants will develop their theoretical understanding of supervision and have the opportunity to develop advanced supervisory skills through live supervision and supervision of their supervision.
Components: Supervision models, supervision in organisations, supervision of groups, teams/staff, supervising supervisors |
| Prerequisites |
All course participants will have at least 20 hours of supervisory experience. |
