Ethos The ethos of Leeds Psychotherapy Training Institute is one of a personal approach to training which values the individual. Training group size rarely exceeds 15 and both Directors teach all groups and are closely involved with the professional development of each trainee.
		The aim of the trainers is to provide both a stimulating and varied learning experience and to offer flexibility in their approach to teaching. They place an emphasis on an interactive and supportive relationship between the trainees and trainers and therefore the training group size is limited and rarely exceeds 15 members. There are ongoing opportunities for trainees to discuss their progress. Trainees are expected to read relevant theory alongside the training course and to take full responsibility for their own learning process.
