Who Am I and Who Are You?

Transactional Analysis offers a stimulating, clear and systematic theory of personality, communication and child development. It is a powerful tool in identifying problems and facilitating change.The TA 101 introduces you to the main concepts of TA and provides a basic understanding of the main theories. Course participants will have an opportunity to explore themselves and their relationships through the theory of TA and a range of exercises.The course will be particularly helpful to anyone in one of the helping professions, teaching or management who wants to understand more about who they are, what they do and why they do it.
This course is recognised by the International Transactional Analysis Association and the European Association for Transactional Analysis as an introductory course in TA.
